When your guests leave, we will send a cleaner to spruce up the place and prepare it for your next guests. The cleaner will pay particular attention to the bathroom, kitchen area, and internal glass to making sure all surfaces are left spotless. If you have any specific requirements, then let us know in advance and the cleaner will take care of it. Linen will be changed over for fresh and the old linen can be sent for cleaning. Household products like soap, toilet paper and milk can be replenished along with other welcome items you may want to have ready for your guests.
Check-in and check-out reports with before-and-after pictures can be provided if requested so you can see that the property has been cleaned and ready as required for your guests.
- Cleaning and polishing the front door
- Vacuum clean and mopping the floor
- Dusting including; furniture, picture frames & skirting boards
- Mirrors polished
- Clean doors and handles, light switches
- Dust blinds
- Clean internal windows
- Polish glass work – including outside if required
- Vacuum behind/under furniture and mop the floor
- Make an extra bed upon request (unfolding sofa)
- Change bed sheets
- Washing the dishes etc if required
- Linen change over and cleaning
- Replenish consumables
- Toiletries. Can include Toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and hand soap either as a refill or a 30ml bottle.
- Other suggested items we can include are milk, bread, eggs, bacon, wine, fruit & chocolates.
The cleaner can bring packs of freshly washed and ironed linen for each bed at the property. On the next service, all used linen will be collected and replaced with fresh packs to be used by the next visitors. The packs contain bed sheets, pillow cases, duvets bath & hand towels.
